Cobalaine is a calcium hydroxide paste improved by urethane acrylate resin, used as a radiopaque and light-cured liner. This product has minimal shrinkage due to its high filler content and, with its appropriate viscosity, provides the dentist with the best performance.
Components:
Two 1.5 gram syringes
Black needle head with 22 gauge

As a liner in all types of restorations
Indirect pulp cap
How to use:
1- Remove the syringe cap and place the needle tip inside the package on the syringe.
2- Isolate the tooth completely with rubber dam and remove dentinal decay. Thoroughly wash the dentin surface to remove any dentin residue.
3- Place a thin layer of calcium hydroxide cobalt liner (Cobaline) in the deep areas of the cavity.
4- Cure the liner for 20 seconds. The thickness of the liner layer should not exceed 1 mm per cure. If you intend to use a liner thicker than 1 mm, you must cure the product in layers. If needed, place on a base liner and continue the repair process.
After using this product, close the syringe cap and store at the appropriate temperature.
Warnings:
1- This product is designed to protect the pulp in dentin. Do not use this product on the enamel surface or at the pit margin. Avoid placing the device near the mouth.
2- Since calcium hydroxide and uncured methacrylate resins can cause tissue sensitivity in some people, avoid contact of this product with soft tissue and in case of contact with soft tissue, wash the area thoroughly with soap and water.
3- If you accidentally splash some of the product into the patient’s or dentist’s eye, rinse the eye with plenty of water and see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible. If the substance comes into contact with other body tissues, wash the area thoroughly with plenty of water.
4- Do not use this product after the expiration date.
Storage conditions:
1- Please store at 20-25 degrees Celsius.
2- Exposing the product to temperatures above 35 degrees and below 10 degrees can lead to phase separation in the mixture. Avoid exposing the product to the mentioned temperatures for long periods of time.
