Product Description:
- A 40% solution of cobalt citric acid is used as a canal irrigator during root canal treatment. This material helps to mechanically clean the canal.
- This product removes the smear layer from the root dentin surface, exposes dentinal tubules, and improves sealer penetration.
How to use:
Shake the bottle before use. For the first use, remove the bottle cap and remove the seal on the bottle. Connect the irrigation syringe to the connector. Fill the syringe by bending the bottle and creating negative pressure in the syringe. At this stage, open the syringe by placing the bottle on a flat surface. In mechanical canal preparation, pour the solution into the root canal using the irrigation head and perform the filing operation. Finally, remove the solution from the root canal space with normal saline. After use, close the bottle cap properly and store the product in a cool environment.
- It is best not to use this product in the treatment of teeth with root perforation.
Clinical tips when working with the product:
Avoid leaving the solution in the canal between treatment sessions. This can cause excessive dissolution and softening of the root dentin.
Caution:
Since this product can cause irritation and sensitivity in contact with oral tissue, it is recommended to use a rubber dam when using this product.
