Product Description:
Cobaline is a resin-modified calcium hydroxide paste enhanced with urethane acrylate, used as a radiopaque, light-cured liner. Due to its high filler content, Cobaline offers minimal shrinkage, while its optimal viscosity ensures superior handling for dental practitioners.
Components:
- Two 1.5 g syringes
- Black 22G applicator tip
Indications:
- As a liner under all types of restorations
- Indirect pulp capping
Instructions for Use:
- Remove the syringe cap and attach the provided applicator tip.
- Fully isolate the tooth using a rubber dam and remove all decayed dentin. Thoroughly rinse the dentin surface to remove any residual debris.
- Apply a thin layer of Cobaline calcium hydroxide liner to the deep areas of the cavity.
- Light cure the liner for 20 seconds. Each layer of the liner should not exceed 1 mm in thickness. If a thicker layer is needed, cure in incremental layers. If required, place a base over the liner and proceed with the restoration.
After use, replace the syringe cap and store the product at the recommended temperature.
Warnings:
- This product is intended for pulp protection within the dentin. Do not apply on enamel surfaces or cavity margins, and avoid direct contact with the oral environment.
- Uncured calcium hydroxide and methacrylate resins may cause tissue sensitivity in some individuals. Prevent contact with soft tissues and, in case of contact, thoroughly wash the area with soap and water.
- If accidental contact with the eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly. For contact with other body tissues, rinse the area thoroughly with water.
- Do not use this product beyond its expiration date.
