Product Description:

Cobalt Acidic Phosphate Fluoride Gel serves as an effective fluoride source, especially for young individuals at high risk of caries. It helps prevent demineralization, promotes remineralization, and reduces plaque formation. This product is ideal for individuals with high carbohydrate intake, patients with plaque or orthodontic brackets, and those with high caries risk, such as those with reduced saliva flow due to medication use. The fluoride in this gel works in two ways: first, by combining with the hydroxyapatite in tooth enamel to form fluoroapatite, which is much more resistant to harmful chemicals; and second, by exerting antibacterial effects through interference with bacterial enzymes.

Instructions for Use:

Fill one-third of the tray with fluoride gel. Dry the teeth and gingiva thoroughly before placing the tray in the patient’s mouth. After 1-3 minutes, remove the tray and instruct the patient to spit out any remaining gel. Advise the patient to avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application.
For children, it is recommended to use the gel three times at one-week intervals during tooth eruption.

Avoid using the product on patients with known sensitivities to its ingredients.
It is recommended that the teeth are thoroughly cleaned before applying this product.

Warnings:

If the therapeutic dose in the tray is swallowed (less than 100 mg of fluoride), advise the patient to consume milk and calcium-based antacids.
If more than the therapeutic dose is ingested, seek medical attention for fluoride toxicity.
In case of accidental eye contact, rinse the eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
Avoid using this gel in patients with a history of fluoride sensitivity.
After use, close the bottle tightly to prevent moisture from entering.
